Happy 67th Birthday 婆婆 !
This picture was taken 6 years ago in London by the Big Ben! :)
So, yesterday was the actual date but due to the riot and massive jams, Daddy and Mom couldn't make it home in time to celebrate. Therefore, we decided to do it the next day and Grandma came over to stay.
Mom was on her way out to get some cakes from Secret which we always do every year but this year, i decided to bake something for my grandma. :)
She has always been my biggest fan in terms of my baking. Even when they were not as good as she say them. ( yes grandma, i know :D ) For example, my brownies were too sweet and the cookies were not soft enough.
So, instead of a lemon cheese cake, i switched the lemon extract with the Kahlua that i left over from the previous brownie making.
