I have experienced love many many times and yes, they are beautiful, while they lasted. It's not an easy thing to do, to forget one so easily after him or her being a big part of your life and you'll have to go on with yours as though he or she has never existed. That is something i find very challenging for anybody at any age particularly at our teenage years.
The one love i have experienced before which i find it the hardest for myself personally is the unrequited love. When you fall for someone alone and your love is not return by the opposite. I cant tell you how much it hurts but i what i can tell is that it's the most unbearable feeling that anyone can go through. If your someone who is very emotional, like me. LOL
Being in love with someone is not a crime, people should stop telling us that it's wrong to date or it's wrong to have feelings for someone even when we're young because i personally believed that love is something that everyone at all age can have. It's not a crime to fall in love. Whoever who tells you that, is a person of pessimistic.
Something that i like to share with everyone. Something i've always believed it.
Learn to love yourself before you learn to love someone else
because if you cant love your true self then how do you expect others to love you.
And hey, what's not love about yourself?
that is my belief.
Love,
Mandy

Kahlua Cream Cheese Brownies

Kahlua Cream Cheese Brownies
For the brownie layer
1/2 cup plain flour
130g dark chocolate, chopped into chunks.
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup caster sugar
1 tablespoon Kahlua
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
For the cream cheese layer
250g cream cheese
1/3 cup caster sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon Kahlua
1 egg
Method
1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees C. Line a 9×9 inch square baking pan with some baking paper.
2. Place a stainless steel, heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water and melt the butter together with the dark chocolate. Remove from heat and stir in the sugar, vanilla extract and Kahlua.
3. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing it well after each addition. Stir in the flour and salt, and incorporate the batter with a wooden spoon until the batter is smooth and glossy. It should be able to come away from the sides of the bowl.
4. Remove a little bit of the batter and set aside so that you can lace it with the cream cheese mixture at the end. Place the remaining batter into the baking pan and even it out so that you get a consistent layer.
5. Then in a seperate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth with an electric mixer. Add in the sugar, Kahlua, egg and vanilla extract and beat until it is creamy and smooth.
6. Spread the cream cheese filling evenly on top of the brownie batter, then spoon dollops of the reserved brownie batter on top. Use a skewer to make some swirly shape and play around with the cream cheese and brownie top without mixing the bottom batter together.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes or until the brownies start to pull away from the sides of the pan and the edges of the brownies are just beginning to brown. Remove from oven and let it cool. Then refrigerate the brownies until they are firm enough to cut into squares (at least 90 minutes).
8. With a sharp knife, cut into 16 squares. You should have a damp cloth nearby to wipe your knife between cuts.

I personally feel that it is still lack of the Kahlua coffee kinda taste, so if i were you, i'll put an extra tablespoon in there just so you get the kick there. putting it back to pieces
